This is a real gem of a building sat neglected for at least a decade that I know of. This sits overlooking the Mersey and was built for retired seamen. The grounds do seem to be maintained but the building itself has a growing air of dereliction and decay. The upper floor windows and dormers have been open to the elements and pigeons for some time now, what a shame,

Mudhouse Mansion is located in Fairfield County, Ohio. Built between the 1840s - 1870’s the house is believed to be haunted, by locals. The home has not been occupied since the 1930’s.

I wanna go here and check this out omg it’s 3 hours away but I don’t care… ROADTRIP
